International Study Abroad Tours with EF

Greetings Parents!

I am excited to announce that your child will have the chance to travel abroad with other students to several destinations on my upcoming educational tour for 2017! These destinations include England, Scotland, and Ireland during the  Summer of 2017!

As our world becomes increasingly interconnected, it is critical for today’s students to have international experience. This helps them become culturally aware and globally minded as they move towards the next phases in their lives. These tours will allow them to experience the global classroom first-hand, and witness what they have only read about in their textbooks thus far.

Students who participate will grow their social skills, immerse themselves in foreign culture, and take part in an experience that will set them apart when applying to college and future careers. Students may also earn high school credit through participating in our tour’s research project.

Current sixth, seventh and eighth grade students, along with other former students I believe are a great fit for the program and stand to gain the most from this experience, are invited. Trip spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I am hosting a mandatory meeting for those interested to explain all the details about my upcoming tour. It will take place on Tuesday, September 6th at 6:00pm in the North Middle School Cafeteria. Please RVSP through e-mail!
